Hi — I'm Jennifer Groves. I help people change the patterns that keep them stuck.

I'm an accredited clinical hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist based in Maryborough. I also practise remedial massage and Reiki — so I work with the mind and the body together. Clients come to me when they're exhausted by worry, pain, low mood, stress, phobias or habits that keep repeating.

My style is practical, collaborative and warm. We map what's maintaining the problem, choose focused strategies, and use hypnotherapy and bodywork to calm the nervous system and reinforce new responses.
